Good to know
FlashJobs is currently live in Kuala Lumpur, including Bangsar, KLCC, Bukit Bintang, and Mont Kiara. Live availability varies because businesses post daily jobs as they need help.
Each job listing shows the role, business, location, working hours, pay, and any experience requirements before you apply.
No. FlashJobs is free for workers and does not take a cut from worker pay.
The business pays the worker directly on the same day, after the job ends, using the payment method shown on the listing. FlashJobs does not hold or process wages.
Your confirmed job card shows when check-in opens and the exact deadline. Follow the prompts to check in, mark that you are on the way, confirm when you arrive, start work, and clock out. FlashJobs records these steps as your attendance history, so complete them on time; missed check-ins, late arrivals, and no-shows can affect your reliability record.
If a business marks you as a no-show and you believe that is wrong, open the job in the app and tap “Dispute this no-show” within two hours of the report. The dispute will be placed under review. If the option is missing or you need to share more context, report the issue in the app or contact FlashJobs support.
Businesses posting daily jobs usually need to fill them the same day, so they often review applicants and confirm quickly. Timing depends on how urgently the business needs cover. If you are confirmed, the job details appear in the app straight away. You always work directly for the business; FlashJobs does not decide who gets hired.
Report the issue in the app. FlashJobs may review what happened, help both sides communicate, and take account-level action where appropriate. Because the business pays you directly, FlashJobs cannot issue or reverse the payment.
Open the confirmed job in the app and withdraw as early as possible so the business has time to find someone else. Repeated late withdrawals may affect your reliability record.
Use Report an Issue in the app for a job, attendance, payment, or account problem. You can also contact FlashJobs at hello@flashjobsapp.com or through WhatsApp. Include the job and business details so the team can review the right record.
Ready when you are
