1. FlashJobs' Role
FlashJobs connects Workers with Businesses offering short-term shifts. FlashJobs does not process, hold, or handle payment for shifts. Payment is made directly between the Business and the Worker, and FlashJobs is not a party to that payment.
2. For Workers — How You Get Paid
- The Business pays you directly, after the shift, using the payment method shown on the shift listing (for example, cash or e-wallet)
- The pay for a shift is shown before you accept it
- FlashJobs takes no cut of your pay — you keep 100% of what you earn
- We never hold your money, and we never ask for your bank or card details
3. For Businesses — Paying Your Workers
- You pay each Worker directly for each completed shift, after the shift, using the payment method stated on your listing
- You are responsible for paying the agreed amount promptly
- FlashJobs does not collect wages from you or pass them to Workers
4. FlashJobs' Fees — Business Subscriptions
FlashJobs charges Businesses a subscription fee to use the platform. This fee is separate from and unrelated to Worker pay. Workers are never charged a fee.
Subscriptions are purchased inside the app through Apple's App Store or Google Play, which process the payment. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and are managed and cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting your FlashJobs account does not cancel an active store subscription. Refunds for subscription purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
5. Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes on income earned or payments made. FlashJobs does not withhold taxes on anyone's behalf.
6. Issues and Disputes
Because FlashJobs does not hold or process shift payments, we cannot issue refunds or reversals of Worker pay. If something goes wrong — a no-show, a shift not completed as agreed, or a payment problem — report it in the app. We may review the issue, help both sides communicate, and take account-level action where appropriate. FlashJobs' role is limited to operating the platform.
7. Currency
Shift pay is shown and paid in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Subscription prices are shown in the currency of your App Store or Google Play account.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here.
